What happened: Ordered a meal from a local Mexican restaurant, Aztec Willie’s, in Portland, Oregon, last night at **:**pm. Received the usual receipt of order from the Caviar app. ** minutes later I requested an update, to which I received the usual response, “sorry for the delay, your courier is on the way to pick up your order.” The estimated time of delivery reflected this delay... and continued to reflect this delay for hours. At **:**pm I received the $** courtesy credit to my account. Unfortunately, I never received delivery of the order. Into the wee hours of the morning and into the next day, the app still displayed an estimated time of order within ** minutes of the current time. At *:** PM, I received notice that my “order was delivered.” Never saw the courier, never saw the order. I need a complete refund.
