"support was actually helpful"
I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t sure who I was supposed to reach out to. the support team got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. they ended up fixing it faster than I expected. it was just nice dealing with a company where support didn’t feel like a hassle.

I’ve ordered from trycaviar.com a handful of times now, it’s been really easy to use 😊 The app/site is simple to navigate, ordering doesn’t take long, and I can usually find something good nearby without overthinking it. Delivery has been solid for me too. It’s just one of those things that’s nice to have when I’m busy, tired, or just don’t feel like leaving the house

I needed to update a few account details on trycaviar, it was straightforward. Logging in was easy, the settings were simple to find, and I didn’t have to waste time clicking around like you do on some other sites. I did notice my saved info didn’t update right away at first, but after a quick refresh it showed up fine. I think most customers would appreciate how smooth and low-stress the whole process is.

I’ve had a good experience with the service overall. It works well when it’s available, and I haven’t had any major issues. I do keep wondering if I’m just in a spotty area or if they’re still building things out, though, because it’s not available everywhere near me yet. Hopefully that improves soon.

My order actually showed up hot, not just kind of warm like I’ve had with other delivery apps. Everything felt fresh and ready to eat, so I was happy with the whole experience. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

I’m always a little cautious with deliveries because my apartment pin can be confusing, and I don’t really like having to explain where I live over the phone. But they followed it and came right to the door with no random calls or confusion. that made the whole thing way less stressful.

"Had a really good Caviar order tonight…"
Had a really good Caviar order tonight. The restaurant was running a little behind, but the driver actually texted me to let me know, then gave me a heads-up when he was close. that kind of communication makes everything better because nobody likes sitting around guessing where their food is. The food showed up warm, the drop-off was simple, and overall it was just one of those deliveries that go the way they all should. 5 stars from me.

"A little frustrating, but handled really well"
I had a couple of orders get cancelled, which was definitely annoying in the moment. That said, Caviar handled it better than I expected. The refund came through quickly, and I didn’t have to keep following up or argue with anyone. Support was relaxed and explained what happened clearly. I still wish the cancellations hadn’t happened, but compared to other delivery apps, they made the problem easy enough to deal with. I’d still give them 5 stars.

"Easy to Use, Just a Little Busy on Mobile"
I tried using trycaviar.com to browse around and put in an order, and it was simple to use. The menus came up quickly, which I always appreciate because I get impatient with slow sites, and checkout was straightforward too. I didn’t feel like I had to hunt for everything or tap through a bunch of random pages. The only thing is, on my phone, a few pages felt kind of crowded or busy, like there was a lot going on at once. Not a huge deal though. The order went through fine, the site worked well overall, so I’d give it 4 stars.

ordered dinner and it got here way faster than i expected. i guess the driver was already nearby, because there was basically no waiting around. definitely a nice surprise.

Everything showed up exactly as it was supposed to, so I can’t really find anything to complain about. I know it’s not the most exciting review, but when an order arrives right and there are no issues, that’s pretty much all I’m hoping for.

"Contactless delivery was actually solid"
Used Caviar for dinner and went with contactless delivery. The driver left the food right by my door and sent a pic, which was nice because I didn’t have to play that annoying guessing game like some idiot. Food was still warm when I grabbed it. It did take longer than the app first claimed, which was kinda bullshit, but overall it worked fine and I’d use it again

"Refund was surprisingly painless"
I ended up having to ask for a refund, which I wasn’t thrilled about, but to their credit, it went smoother than I expected. Support actually replied fast, and the money came back without me having to chase them down, which is always a nice little miracle. Overall, happy with how it was handled.

I tried trycaviar.com and had a good experience. For the price, the quality was better than I expected, and the delivery went smoothly too. It felt like a small luxury without going overboard, and I’d definitely order again when I’m in the mood to treat myself. Overall, it just left me feeling happy and satisfied.

"A Tiny Order Disaster That Actually Ended Fine"
For one dramatic moment, I thought my whole dinner plan was about to fall apart because one item was missing from my order. Definitely annoying at first, but I reported it through the app and, it was way easier than I expected. Caviar issued the refund quickly and didn’t turn it into some huge ordeal. Stuff happens, and they handled it well. I’d still order from trycaviar again...
